Why You Should Do Business with an NFBA Member

Look for the NFBA logo Before you Select a Contractor

Just how many differences exist from builder to builder? Perhaps surprisingly, it is far more that you might realize. The fact is that acquiring expertise in a modern post-frame building design demands that contractors make a 100% commitment to this unique method of construction if they are to stay abreast of ever-changing, ever-improving technology. Unfortunately, that’s not always the case.

The National Frame Builders Association is comprised of professional post-frame contractors across the country. Before being considered for membership, a contractor must have been in business and established a reputation for quality in every aspect of their business over a period of years. The NFBA membership committee requires references so that business practices along with the financial stability of the company can be verified.

If you are considering a new post-frame structure, look for the NFBA logo. That is your assurance that the contractor you are considering is a post-frame building professional.

When it comes to making a significant capital investment in a new building, can you afford to take a risk by selecting a contractor that just doesn’t have the credentials necessary to ensure you are getting the best?

So select an NFBA member for that new post-frame building, you’ll be glad that you did.

Our company is a proud member of the National Frame Builders Association. We hope you will consider us first when considering a contractor for your new post-frame building.

All current NFBA members are listed on the association’s website at: www.nfba.org

Here’s why it is important that your new building be erected by a member of the National Frame Builders Association.

The National Frame Builders Association is an organization dedicated to professionalism in every aspect of a post-frame contractor’s business.  NFBA members voluntarily comply with association guidelines and Standards of Professional Conduct, and adhere to the most current design standards and business management practices. They make a commitment to employee training and safety in construction practices and to community service through active involvement.

NFBA is an organization that aggressively pursues research and the development of engineering practices and design standards on all aspects of post-frame construction. It has been by virtue on NFBA’s leadership and representation of the industry that today’s post-frame structures are backed up by accepted and recognized engineering practices, and that post-frame structures are code conforming.

When you do business with an NFBA member, you can be assured of doing business with a company that is abreast of the latest design standards and construction tolerances that govern the erection of your new post-frame building.

Membership in the National Frame Builders Association is NOT for everyone. It requires the commitment of the individual builder to comply with association performance guidelines and professional conduct. Many companies choose not to make this commitment.

As a member of the National Frame Builders Association, we adhere to the NFBA Code of Ethics as follows:

National Frame Builders Association Standards of Professional Conduct

In as much as it is my belief that my reputation in the Building Industry is dependent upon my devotion to the highest ideals of honesty , courtesy, and integrity, as evidenced by my willingness to conduct business in a spirit of fairness and equality for all; and in as much as the National Frame Builders Association has dedicated itself to the same high ideals of professional responsibility. I hereby agree to abide by and to conduct business in accordance with the following Code of Ethics:

I shall at all times exercise the utmost integrity in all of my business transactions and in all of my relations with customers, employees, suppliers, and competitors.
